• States Available: MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME, NY
• MP $550
• Limits: Up to $1 Million/$1 Million
• Minimum Earned Premium 25%
• Deductible: $250 Paid All Class Codes except $500 Paid Deductible for Tree Trim and $1,000 BI/PD for Septic Tank systems installation and Street Cleaning
• No Prior Insurance Required, but must have at least 1 year experience
• Up to 5 classifications can be listed
• Minimum payroll: $16,500 owner payroll in lieu of state minimum
• No minimum receipt amount
